Day 1: Return to What Sustains You

April Focus: Renewed in Rhythm, Rooted in Grace

There is a difference between starting something new and returning to what works.

At this stage of life, you have already learned what strengthens you—and what drains you. The wisdom is not missing. It is simply waiting to be practiced again.

April is a return.

Not to who you were…
but to what has always sustained you.

The routines that bring peace.
The habits that support your body.
The rhythms that keep your life steady.

You do not need to search for something new.
You need to return to what is true.

Scripture (NIV)
“Stand at the crossroads and look; ask for the ancient paths… and you will find rest for your souls.”
— Jeremiah 6:16

Grace in Action
