The old saints understood this well. They waited through years of barrenness, exile, obscurity, and unanswered prayers—only to discover that God was doing His most strategic work behind the scenes. The same is true for you.
When God is silent, He is not idle.

He is preparing outcomes you cannot yet see.
Stillness is not punishment. It is positioning.
The Discipline of Waiting Well
