Southern Angel Eggs: Grace at the Table Series
Pimento Cheese Angel Eggs
If there is one ingredient that knows how to make itself at home in a Southern kitchen, it’s pimento cheese.
Spread between slices of white bread, melted over burgers, tucked into celery sticks at family gatherings — it’s one of those Southern staples that carries comfort in every bite. So it only made sense to bring that rich, creamy flavor to a platter of Angel Eggs.
These Pimento Cheese Angel Eggs are bold, creamy, savory, and filled with true Southern charm. Sharp cheddar cheese, smooth mayonnaise, diced pimentos, and creamy egg yolks come together in a filling that tastes like a church cookbook favorite passed down through generations.
They are rich without being heavy, flavorful without trying too hard, and beautiful enough to sit right in the center of any spring or summer table.
And fair warning — these disappear fast.
