Carry This With You
My dear grace friend,
Before we go any further, I want you to pause with me one last time in this season. Not to hurry ahead, not to rush into what’s next, but to take a breath and acknowledge what God has been quietly doing in you. These words are written the way I would write to someone I love—slowly, intentionally, and with gratitude. Take what you need, and let the rest rest.
January has asked very little of you.
No proving.
No rushing.
No striving to become someone new overnight.
Instead, it has invited you to settle—to trust that God’s purpose is sure, His timing intentional, and His leading faithful. You have been reminded that you are not behind, that nothing meant for you will miss you, and that staying where grace has planted you is not a lack of faith, but often the truest expression of it.
That matters.
Before we step into a new month, I want you to carry this truth forward: God has already gone ahead of you. February does not require you to reinvent yourself. It asks you to bring the steadiness you’ve cultivated here into what comes next.
What God does next will grow from what He has already settled.
If January was about resting in God’s predetermined will, February will be about walking it out with trust. Not with urgency. Not with fear. But with a quiet willingness to follow where He leads—one step at a time.
So don’t rush ahead just yet.
Honor the work God has done in the quiet.
Let peace be the foundation you build upon.
What comes next will make sense in its time.
A Prayer for Transitioning Into What’s Next
Lord, thank You for the stillness You gave me in this season.
Thank You for settling my heart and reminding me that You are in control.
As I move into what comes next, help me carry this peace with me.
Teach me to trust You not only in resting, but in walking forward.
Prepare my heart for what You are about to reveal,
and give me the grace to follow without fear.
Amen.
As you move into the days ahead, may you carry what this season has taught you—peace without striving, trust without urgency, and faith that rests in God’s purpose. I’m grateful to have shared these moments with you, and I’ll meet you right back here next Thursday as we step into a new month together.
With love and faith,
Grace Amara
