May: A Month of Growth & Becoming

Trusting God When Growth Feels Slow

Dear Grace Friend,

There’s a quiet frustration that can come with growth.

You’re doing the right things.
You’re praying.
You’re showing up.

And yet… it feels slow.

Like progress is happening—but not fast enough.

But here’s the truth:

God is not in a hurry—because He’s building something that lasts.

The Hidden Work Matters

Roots grow deep before anything rises above ground.

And what God is doing in you right now—
is strengthening your foundation.

“Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest…”

— Galatians 6:9 (NIV)

The harvest is coming.
But timing belongs to God.

Grace Reflection

Where am I feeling impatient in my growth?
Can I trust God’s timing over my own?

Prayer

Lord,
Help me to trust You when progress feels slow. Strengthen my faith in the waiting and remind me that You are never late.
Amen.

Final Thought

Slow growth is still growth.
Don’t rush what God is carefully building.

With love and faith,
Grace Amara
