Peach Cobbler Cinnamon Bun Fusion

Ingredients:

Peach Filling:

4 cups sliced peaches (fresh or frozen) 1 cup granulated sugar ½ cup brown sugar

1 tsp cinnamon ½ tsp nutmeg 1 tbsp lemon juice

2 tsp vanilla extract 2 tbsp cornstarch 2 tbsp melted butter

Cinnamon roll:

Layer 1 can refrigerated cinnamon rolls or 6 homemade cinnamon buns (Reserve icing for optional topping)

Crumble Topping:

1 cup all-purpose flour ½ cup rolled oats ½ cup brown sugar

½ cup cold unsalted butter, cubed 1 tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

Caramel Drizzle:

Option 1: Store-bought caramel sauce

Option 2: (Homemade):

½ cup brown sugar 3 tbsp butter ¼ cup heavy cream

½ tsp vanilla extract

Optional Vanilla ice cream

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish and set it aside.

Prepare Peach Filling:

In a large bowl, combine peaches, granulated sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, vanilla, cornstarch, and melted butter. Stir until evenly coated, then pour into the prepared baking dish. Add Cinnamon Rolls. Cut each cinnamon roll into quarters and scatter over the peach mixture.

Make the crumble in a separate bowl, combine flour, oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Cut in the cold butter using fingertips until the mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over the cinnamon roll layer. Bake for 40–50 minutes, or until: The peaches are bubbling, the cinnamon rolls are puffed, the crumble is golden brown.

Caramel Drizzle for homemade caramel:

Melt brown sugar and butter over medium heat. Stir until smooth, then add cream and vanilla. Simmer until thickened. Drizzle caramel over the warm cobbler.

Serve warm with a cinnamon roll piece, a scoop of vanilla ice cream, and extra caramel drizzle. best enjoyed fresh from the oven.
